Composer, Multi-instrumentalist & Video Artist

PATRICK SULER is a composer, multi-instrumentalist and video artist. He is particularly interested in the intersection of the abstract, emotion, and beauty. His classical work has been performed by Sybarite 5, Aileen Gozali, Ken Kubota, and others. He studied with Ray Lustig (Latency Canons, Semmelweiss) at the Juilliard School.
In 2020, Patrick unveiled his first chillwave album, Treatments: Ambience for Introverts, a set of heady electronic works composed for introverts, which balances melody with new age atmospheres. In 2025, Patrick released Imagine You Are Light, a mellow mix inspired by the electric piano, played with a sleepy, spiritual bend.As a multi-instrumentalist, in addition to synthesizer, Patrick also plays bass, guitar, and some crude cello. He has performed in countless groups, from surf bands to goth bands to experimental noise projects. Since 2011, he has played bass in the indie pop band, Particle Zoo, whose albums have charted on college radio through the United States. Finally, Patrick occasionally serves as audio engineer/producer for other performers.
This all goes back to when Patrick was 11, his piano-playing father introduced him to the synthesizer, and he’s been obsessed ever since. Around that same time, Patrick figured out that he could attach one VCR (video cassette recorder) to another, wiring it up with an audio mixer as well, to edit his own videos with his own soundtrack. Combined with a profound love of all things music, that set the course of Patrick’s life as an artist.
Patrick’s parallel track in video production has had him working for commercial directors and ad agencies. He has worked as video editor, sound designer, audio producer, and motion graphic artist. Patrick’s interest in science led him to substantial work in healthcare education for physicians, which returns to the theme of healing, similar to his musical endeavors.
And with the recent release of Imagine You Are Light, Patrick continues to explore different means of bringing wonder and beauty into the universe.
